There are three ways to add your points to your account after you’ve set it up on the BD’s website or rewards app:
Guests can scan up to 5 receipts in one day. Receipts can only be redeemed for points up to 30 days after purchase.
Currently, you cannot earn points on orders placed through third party platforms. You can earn points on orders placed through the BD’s website or app!
No – due to restrictions and laws in local and state governments, we are unable to permit points being earned on alcoholic beverage purchases.
Anyone 13 years of age or older is eligible to participate in Rewards.
Yes – if you have unredeemed points available after a full 12 months of inactivity, your points will automatically be retired due to inaction.
Your rewards points will be converted to the new point structure and remain in your account!
Update your account info either in the app or on the website under your account’s profile section. Changes that can be made include phone number, name, and favorite location.
Offers can be redeemed in-store on dine-in and carryout orders, as well as when you order directly through our website when applicable.
One account per guest. Only one coupon, promotion, or reward may be redeemed per check. Only one redemption may be used every two hours.
Your birthday bowl will be added directly to your app 7 days before your birthday and will be in your account for two weeks. Your account must be active for at least 30 days before your birthday to receive your reward.
Invite your friends and family to download the rewards app! Provide them with your personal invite code when they sign up. (This code can be found in the “More” section of your app.) When they make their first purchase at the restaurant, points will be added to your account!
